For the Genworth Financial Treasure Challenge, how do I get past level 3? Also, how do I get out of jail in 4?

I am trying to get past it and I am totally stuck!

ok this one is fairly easy- you need to go to the building opening where the "The Great Chain of West Point" is. Once you are at the opening of the building you need to click to the left over by the rocks, you will find a gear here, click it, and then save to your backpack. Back out and got to the fountain. Once there click around the fountain and you will find a lever. Again, click and save. Back Out then go back to the Chain building. You will place both items found in there and the chain will block the river. Once this is done go to the cannon and await a ship to cross aim the cannon at the base by your arrows and light the cannon- it will shoot the ship and you will gather your clue.

In the jail cell you need to click over by the bed. You will find a newspaper there as well as some other items. You will over turn the mattress exposing a boot and rope. you attach the ring you have already found by now to the rope. The game prompts you to do a ring toss over the keys... once the jail door is opened you need to pick up the clue on the desk to the right, then you are done

to get out of jail, click on the washer and then click on the string.. the 2 then connect. click, drag, and release until the washer catches on to the peg the keys are resting on!
