Locate a Hippie type store. Or wicca store. They carry many stones, and usually have very beautiful jewelry. Their rubys are more likely to be rough cut.

GO ON LINE TO LIMOGES..THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF JEWELRY THAT IS REALLY NICE AND PRETTY CHEAP............OR YOU CAN GO TO ALMOST ANY OF THE LOCAL STORES LIKE WAL-MART OR K-MART ...THAT'S IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE JEWELRY STORE.........
