SAME AMOUNT OF CAFFINE IS SAME AMOUNT POURED IN BUT THE ICE WILL THIN OUT THE COFFEE WHICH MEANS LESS CAFFINE

yes. I make iced coffee at work. It has the same amount of shots as hot!

The same, unless they brew it stronger. 1cup coffee = x milligrams of caffine. 1 cup coffee + water = x milligrams of caffine.
