Restart. Click on the Start button and choose the Shut Down option. In that you can select whether you want to restart ot shut dwon.

Reboot means to restart your computer. Either shut down from the start menu, or hold down the Off button for a few seconds until the computer turns off automatically.

As the others have said, it means to restart your computer. But an even better question is why do we call it that?
When a computer starts, it uses a very small program that, in turn, brings in all the other programs needed to make your computer work. Going all the way back to the dawn of computers, computer geeks back then said it reminded them of "pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps". So that very small program was (and still is) called a bootstrap loader. And when a computer started up, they said it was "booting" and the name stuck.

reboot is just the fancy way of saying restart. you can either doing it by turning off your computer and turing it back on again, or going to "shut down" or "turn off computer" and selecting "restart".

It does mean to restart your computer.
Click Start in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
Click Turn off computer. (A red square with a circle inside.)
Click Restart. (A green square.)
