Why in the world would you want to get a PhD online? Many places do not recognize this as a viable alternative - the industry is too new and the problems aren't all resolved yet.
Besides, nothing valuable will be for free. Good luck in your search.

you're kidding me right? free?? i don't think so. you are living in a fantasy land. go to a real university instead. get financial aid, or loans. there are options for you.
