Blood and pain during urination are indicative of a Urinary Tract Infection, most probably unrelated to losing your virginity. I would recommend seeing a doctor, because if left untreated can make you very ill.

That doesn't seem normal. Some women don't bleed at all. Go see your gynecologist.

This is not normal after 2 weeks. It sounds like you have a urinary tract or bladder infection. Please have it checked out by your doctor.

Yes this is possible; but to be safe you shouldn't hesitate to see an OB/GYN just to feel at ease.
