Do u need to give note to tenants prior the sale of your condo?

You don't have give note to your tenants to sell your condo or any of your real estate. It's not eviction. The buyer might accept your tenants, if not, you give them 30 day note to move out. If your tenant doesn't cooperate with brokers showing your house, then give 30 day note to get them out.
