Not sure but I think it is because they don't understand the the direction the University has been going in for a few years now it is not all tech related. And Ms Ignorant above should understand that Harvard doesn't advertise at 3am because they are not a for-profit school they get their funding from other sources whereas DeVry needs to go out and earn the money it pumps back into the school. It is traded publicly and is run on making a profit that is why they advertise. Some people simply hate on for-profits also so that could be another reason.

If they are, it would be the commercials - however, other technical-type schools have much worse commercials.
Ignore anyone who makes fun of DeVry. It has a solid reputation and will help you find a job.

DeVry doesn't have problems...my local community college does. It's called NoVa...which in Spanish means "no go." Not a good omen, eh?
The joke around here is its motto is "NoVa...when the 'n' stands for 'knowledge!"
I know this wasn't completely related, but I thought you'd enjoy the story.

because of the fact quite of finding for a job that suits your new "skillset", your asking obtrusive questions regarding the internet. have you ever appeared for a job (and that i mean different than the internet)? have you ever labored on your human beings networking? perhaps you are able to desire to a different area the place you will come across a job that suits you. perhaps you're in simple terms lazy. My teenager washed dishes at Denny's and grow to be promoted to prepare dinner in under 2 weeks (I heard they employed somebody with a level from DeVry to fill the dishwasher spot).
