Pls tell me how can I transform the kilogrames into lbs and metres into feet and inches, please? I really don't know...

You are half the way there.
just take the number of kilograms and multiply by 2.205 to convert to pounds.
take the number of meters and multiply by 3.281 for feet
there is a different ratio for meters to inches but same rule as the two above
fractions of kilograms and meters will come out correctly also.
ie 2.2 kg to pounds 12.6 meters to feet

One kilogram equals 2.2 llbs.A metre is 39 inches therefore 3 feet 3 inches equal 1 meter. Hope this helps you.

1 kg = 2.2 pounds

1 kg = 35 ounces

1 m = 3.3 feet ( to inches - there are 12 inches in a ft.) so therefore 1 m = 39.6 inches

1 m = 1.1 yards
