I think it definitely depends on the guy, but it can be very sexy. Although if your question has to do with the guy profile for other reasons you should ask yourself if you can cope with it as for a relationship of any type.
As for me, I could cope with it.. for sure.

Are you gonna judge a person by a nose piercing? Thats his own fashion so what?
Thats the problem with alot of people this days someone has a particular fashion trend or style of thier own and people has lots of negative things to say about. Hello Answerer's out there stop being a mountain turtle for once. Doesnt mean a guy that has a nose piercing makes him gay. I personally think its alright for a guy to use nose piercings its almost the same for a woman using a cologne that she likes alot when she's out with a guy no big deal...

Nose piercings are a little creepy and gross. Tongue piercings are worse. One or two in the ear are okay, though.

It depends. If he manages to make the look work, then I like it fine. I think it would take a certain amount of panache to pull off, though.

I think it looks like he needs to blow his nose because he has something hanging!!!! It really is grosssssss!!!! why would anyone want to kiss a guy with something hanging down near his lips..you want to kiss his lips not wipe his nose!!!

It makes some guys look gay, and some look regular or weird, but I think it looks ok.

eeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwww, i wouldn't date a guy just for that reason, that is a big turn off, kinda like smoking
