i get very emotional about a week before my period and cry over silly things, then i am fine after that, i dont get mood swings just emotional and teary, dont get moody when i am on my period

Sometimes I can be an inconsolable grouch and sometimes I don't feel much of a mood swing. For me it tends to happen a couple days or the day before I start my period. I'm not worried about those though...it's my dizzy spells and cramps that bother me the most.

I was always in too much pain from my Endometreosis during my period to worry about my mood swings. I had a hysterectomy and now I have other problems to deal with.

I don't usually have mood swings, but if I do, it's before my period.
