Not a good idea, dude... I'm 43 and I have 4 tattoos, 3 of which my friends did for me... and I regret each and every one of them because they are crap. And I'd love to get them removed and maybe get just one more by a professional tattoo artist, but removal is very expensive.
If you MUST get a tattoo, have it done later, after you turn 18 and have more time to think about it (I got the 3 bad ones when I was 18 and I wish I'd waited even longer). Tattoos are permanent... don't go away. And what if you decide on a career where those aren't appropriate?
Just wait for awhile and when you do, go to a reputable tattoo shop where they sterilize everything and are inspected.

first of all MAKE SURE THE NEEDLES ARE NEW AND CLEAN! I can't stress that enough. Oh and you might want to reconsider what you're getting. Will you want your grand kids asking what that means? How are you going to explain it to them? "I was young and stupid?" I have a tatoo and it's of my daughter's name. That means something. And it will be easy to explain later on if i have to. Just rethink what you're getting yourself into. Get an eagle or something like that, that means something. I hope you'll change your mind and think more responsibly. Oh and what do your parents say about this whole thing? If my daughter was 13 and wanted a tatoo I'd tell her to get a job and not until sh'e out of my house!

a million. Take him to Pennsylvania via all capacity, yet he's barely going to be a small domestic dog, save him on a lead while there are livestock around until eventually you have knowledgeable him top. make beneficial he's had all his jabs in the previous you circulate!! 2. Are those comfortable rocks or sharp rocks? Like somebody else reported save him off there in case he cuts his pads, they're rather delicate while they're nevertheless infants. 3. sure, saltwater is solid for their coats, basically brush them after do no longer rinse. it is going to fluff him up a manage. save him under supervision nonetheless as a domestic dog and don't be suprised if he won't swim, mine is eighteen months previous and could in straightforward terms circulate in as much as his abdomen except there are different canine around. 4. Get a brilliant adequate crate so he can arise and circulate around. Take him for a solid walk in the previous you go away him and back once you come again. he would be a toddler so anticipate some injuries ... additionally you may desire to truly think of approximately having a Goldie once you are going to go away it on my own for thus long .... ought to you circulate 8 hours and not utilizing a pee? 5. Goldies are no longer usual for their barking. 6. they do no longer choose bathing frequently except they're teach canine or have relatively gotten tousled. too plenty bathing reduces the oils of their coat and ought to finally end up looking surprising. Use a solid high quality domestic dog shampoo no longer human products. 7. 2 sheds a 365 days. that's amazingly undesirable while the domestic dog sheds his toddler coat and gets his person coat in. happens around 15 - sixteen months of age.

it is illegal to tattoo someone under the age of 18 years old. even with consent. remember that what you want when you are 13 is not necessarily what you wnat once you turn 18. i have friends who are taking medicine and laser surgery to remove old tattoos. i have a couple but i got them after thinking long and hard. im 34 now. i have one on my arm and one on my back, i work all day in a big company office and i have to keep them covered. keep this in mind as those with tattoos showing often have harder times working certain jobs. i am willing to keep them covered because i make about 180 k dollars per year doing what i do and im not about to end that over a tattoo.
just a little advice for you little man.

YO wait until you are at least 18. You are too young to get a tatoo and it won't make you the most popular kid in school.
Wait a bit until you are fully mature, you could regret it later and then removing it is going to be the hardest part.

you're just now developing who you are and to permanently scar your body with what is "cool" now would be a mistake. As an adult, you may have a completely different opinion of tattoos and what is "cool." If you're interested when you're 18, then do it. (besides, a friend of a friend? are they licensed? In a clean environment? Please, there's a reason for the age limit and the health laws associated with getting one.)

you may be the coolest kid but you may be the kid that ends up with aids. are you aware how dangerous those needles are? hepatitis. also infections can occur. People are never going to be as careful with your skin as they would their own.

NO, you can't have one and if you do it any way you will be grounded, and i will call your parents. Really don't go ruining your body with yucky pics, not until your at least 18. Also if it is not a professional doing it then it is not safe. Please re think this.
