I have a Intel Celeron D processor and between 37C to 41C is my CPU temperature.

I have a power fan, processor fan, a case fan, and modified it to have 2 more fans, plus a PCI slot fan. That's 6 fans.

The reason I have so much is because it's a server so it runs day and night although I do clean it for dust.

So is that really really good, normal, or needs to be better?

If you cool your CPU more you have to knit a pullover for it.

The Intel Celeron processor has a maximum operating temperature of 85°C, measured at the center of the surface of the processor core case. Boxed Intel Celeron processors require that the air temperature at the fan intake remain above 45°C to ensure that the case temperature remains below 85°C.

Your temp seems normal to low. I would recommend loosing a couple of fans to insure proper loading (current draw) of your motherboard and power supply. This will help your system to run a bit more efficient and give it a little headroom when you need it (heavy gaming grfx etc...).

Hope this helps...

No, offense but it's a Celeron, you don't need that much fans. It ain't like you got a Pentium or a Zeon.
