depends on what color your eyebrows are. if they are dark then you should definately dye it black and get it cut like your avatars, cuz that is really hot. but if you want to keep it blonde, then just let it grow a little long and go for the shaggy look.
p.s. any guy is instantly a million times hotter with eyeliner. its magic black goo.
