If it's for you, get a job. If you're not old enough to get a job, then babysit or something.
If it's for a fundraiser, post it, and ask people. Go around neighborhoods and ask people, everywhere you go.

You could have a bake sale and/or a yard sale.
If your cause is for charity, some newspapers will let you advertise for free.
If it's for your personal use, some weekly "advertisers" are cheap to advertise in.
