If you were never married, she's not your ex wife. She has no claim to your income because of that as long as you keep separate bank accounts.

some states claim common-law marriage after 10 years...check it out. also, if she never worked then you may have to pay a spousal support for several months until she gets a job. if she is a fruit-loop she already knows the answers to these questions and I would be careful with her...she could be preparing you for a long dirt nap...only meet with her in heavy populated areas and good luck!
