My sister rented a house in the most beautiful place in the world. It was nestled in a small valley with a stream going through it. There was a horse fenced in across the street. He couldn't pick up the apples outside the fence and enjoyed it when you did for him. Five acres of corn adorned the back of the house. Behind it were hills that were full of ripe blueberry bushes this time of year. Being at the end of a gravel road, it was quiet and peaceful. When I meditate this is the place I go to.

Over 100 years ago, Humboldt the traveler made the statement that Salzburg (Austria), Naples (Italy) and Constantinople (Turkey) were the most beautiful cities in the world.
Salzburg and Naples are still beautiful, and I've never been to Turkey. But I would probably add San Francisco and and Monte Carlo (Monaco) to the list today....

Depends on what you call beautiful. Nova Scotia is beautiful. So is Panama'. Parts of Iceland are too. And South Florida can be spectacular. I hear Alaska is awesome in summer time.

Hawaii is pretty. It would be better if all the people there were to be pushed into the ocean though. People in that state are the laziest people on planet earth.
