It should consist of something from all the food groups. Even if you are cutting back on your food intake, a proper diet consists of more than just strawberries or celery for dinner. And if you're worried about calories and fat, blue cheese is mega-high in fat content.
Try some baked fish or lean meat (pork is good too), some fresh vegetables steamed (broccoli and cauliflower are my faves) without butter and your strawberries. If you're worried about starches, then skip adding a baked potato (but it wouldn't be bad if you didn't add tons of butter and/or sour cream).
Anyway, after all the babbling, your dinner should be more than just strawberries or celery. Your body needs food.
