The Greeks and Romans both watched Chariot Races, but AGORA is a greek term, the Romans traded at the FORUM. I don't think the Greeks had vomitoriums in their heydey, but they probably did after Rome took over. So, technically the answer is Greece.

PS it's Ave! not Ava!

If you escaped by way of a vomitorium...the uncharted territory of someone's gut? Etruria? Italy when Alexander was emperor? Agora is Greek, but vomitorium is Latin, and lots of people had chariots. You lived in the Land of Make Believe ruled by King Friday.
