I used to like it....now I don't. I was actually thinking about this today. Funny you should ask.

Personally I like all of the icons along the left -- it makes navigation easy. And the Top Stories section in the middle is usually pretty entertaining reading whenever I need a break.
If you dislike the front page, there are two good alternatives. Make yourself a My Yahoo! page, and then you can include as much or as little content as you like. Otherwise, use the Search page as your home page, search.yahoo.com. That one is very simple and clean in design.

When I first saw it, I didn't like it very much. I really liked the familiar look of the old one better. But since then I've become accostomed to the new page. I definetly like the little news window in the middle, but I agree that it's too packed.

Well, at one time i wanted to look up an address or phone number and it took me a while to figure out where the "people search" was. I think it has better information on it than it used to as far as news etc. I didn't like it at first, but I got used to it very quickly.

I also hate the new Yahoo page I find everything to squashed or something but I really really hate it.

It is more convenient for me. It took a few days to get used to it though.
