If you're out for a nice dinner and the waiter/waitress is just being stupid, is it wrong to have smack them? Causually just ask them to lean down and smell your food, and then bam!!! Smack them in the face, of course then run like crazy maybe screaming stuff!?

As a former waiter, I would tell you it's not a good idea. Everyone I worked with was borderline insane from working with people all day. Really, it gets to you. People are the most annoying thing I can think of. Same went for me. If someone smacked me, I would have sent them to a hospital. No job is worth dignity.

I know it sounds like the best idea in the world and oh how you would love to do it, however for every one waiter you wanna smack there are 10 customers they wanna kill. If they are really that bad and after you account that it might not be there fault, and turns out it is. Then the unfortunate "proper" thing to do is speak with the manager, and if that is bad, threaten to tell everyone never to eat there again. Hopefully that will do the trick, and you yourself never eat there again.

I don't think you should slap them...I think you should punch them right in the nose.
The best way to do that. Is have someone with you that can keep a straight face, you punch the waiter in the face and have your friend say how sorry they were....you can't control yourself. kinda like turrets.

It has NEVER acquired to me to hit a waiter! You could get sued,And I think you are very rude to do so.Everyone has bad days! You could try talking to him,But not chew him out.Be an adult.
