I am always tired or in a very relaxed state of being it's very rare that I have any energy and I have been like this my whole life. I remember as a child how hyper all the other kids were and how hard I tried to be that hyper and excited but it just never worked out. I have felt my whole life like I'm boring I know thats how all my friends feel. It's like everything is in slow motion for me while the rest of the world is in fast forward. I know about vitiamin drinks and nutrition I eat right but I have been like this all my life. I hate this and would love to have the energy of everyone elese. I'm 23 any takers?

There are many potential causes of your 'unexplained fatigue'. Here are a few common ones:

1) Anemia - many, many causes/types of anemias

2) Hypothyroid - again many causes/variations of this condition

3) Heavy metal toxicities - lead, mercury, etc. - these are fairly common

4) Chemical toxicities - again fairly common

5) Detoxification imbalances

6) Other metabolic/genetic disturbances

7) Intestinal Dysbiosis

8) Intestinal Hyperpermeability

9) Food allergies/intolerances - fairly common

10) Autoimmune disorders, including the very common and rarely diagnosed Celiac Disease. Celiac disease is an allergy to proteins in wheat, rye and barley called glutens/gliadins. The most common symptom in patients with undiagnosed Celiac Disease is .... "Unexplained Fatigue". This is a life-time disorder and affects about 1 person in every 100, so it is common.

Hope this was helpful. Best wishes and good luck.

Find your creative self, define a goal and go for it. Its addicting and the outcome will satisfy you to do more of that and will set your mind in motion.

If you are a male, and if you have money, publish that fact. Money works like a babe magnet. Make sure to select a young woman that can lift your spirit as well as your sex life.

Register to the Playboy Channel and see how that works for you.

Other then that? Try jumping of a high bridge, after few seconds everything will start moving very fast for you. You will also see your life moving in fast-forward for few more seconds (NDE) and you will be free from then on.

Doctor J did quite well in answering your questions....he forgot to mention liver disease - mainly hepatitis c or "HCV".
I grew up with HCV from the age of 8 and on (from what the doc and i have figured) but it could of been as early as age of 8 months when i had my first eye surgery.

Have you ever been to the dentist? shared a razor or toothbrush?
tatoo? been nicked by something that could of had hcv infected blood on it? transfusion?

get tested....i know how you feel and it sucks. there is no nice word for how you feel....
