My mom used to be a stamp collector, but she stopped collecting them some time ago. Now she wants to reorganize her stamps but is running low on stamp albums. I've already checked out EBay and such places, but they only sell them with stamps already in them.
So are there places where I can get empty stamp albums for a reasonable price?

Harris Stamp Co use to put out the nicest ones. http://www.stamp-co.com/ is where I'd start looking.

Try this site: http://www.whitmanbooks.com/default.aspx?Page=121 It's the site for what used to be called Harris & Co. They deal in all manner of things for collectors of coins and stamps. (Scroll down---the coin stuff is at the top, stamps lower down the page)
Back when I collected stamps, I ordered things from Harris & Co. all the time. I'll bet your mother will remember them too.

The post office actually has great info on stamp collecting and offers a stamp collecting book in one of the brochures you find in the lobby.

If you're in the UK, then WH Smith, or a good stationer. My Dad had to search around a bit though to get one for my cousins wee laddie.

You should be able to find one in a hobby shop. Or you could try a Goggle search and see what you can find.
