my son ran a high temperature when teething but friends children have been quite sick with their teeth- i found calpol or baby ibuprofen was a godsend

I'm not sure if it would cause spitting up, but I would say probably. Just keep the baby lightly clothed and don't let the temp get more than 103. At that point, go to the ER. Lots of fluids too. Not sugar drinks. Pedialite, if you have it.

I think it is some of that more of he is going to start teething some what and what is mean that you will have to numb they gums that and that could be it but if I was you i would have the doctor look at it first

yep give a little tylenol and a frozen bananna to chew on in a mesh feeder...It'll help with the pain and the fever...good luck
