She just had sex with Juggernaut like a year ago. She is farely interested in men, and specifically states that she has trouble finding a man who is not intimidated by her. She also posssess quite a bit of sexuality as she wears short skirts and tight tops all the time, and I don't think she does it to win her legal cases.
As for having sex with the hulk, thats pretty nasty, cause that is her cousin.

When She Hulk used to be able to change back and forth between her green form and Jennifer Banner, her boyfriend was Wyatt Wingfoot. They were in the Shield helicarrier and she got exposed to extra radiation which made her unable to turn back into Jennifer, so she was permanently She Hulk. I get the impression that Wyatt might have been a little intimidated after that.
