What should i wear for a college induction?

My college is gonna have a graduation like ceremony for the new freshman next month, and all the faculty and seniors will be wearing thier grad robes and caps. The freshman will be greetyed personally by the president and be given a " entrance Gift " and there will a speech or two and lunch? WHAT TO WEAR? would a cute tank top be o.k or should i be more modest.. like church clothes? Heels? Hair?

Church clothes, cute skirt & top or if you have a cute simple dress. Hair- whatever you think will go best with the outfit. (If it's gonna be hot out, I'd go with a cute updo of some kind) Heels- I would. Nothing too huge that you'll kill yourself in (that'd be a bad way to start college!) Know anybody else going to the same college? Ask what they're thinking of wearing.

Wear business attire or church clothes. A nice skirt, blouse and dressy heels, or a nice pair of slacks and a nice blouse. No tank tops, no jeans, tshirts, no sneakers.

If I were you,I'd suggest wearing something formal,perhaps a sophisticated look,like your hair in a chignon,and maybe a dress,or robe.
