I'm not a big fan of bologna.
But I've had a bologna sandwich with potato salad and fried bologna with home fries.
It's good if you can eat the bologna.

Uh, potatoes ARE good with bologna. Try it. Chop up potatoes and onions together, fry in a skillet. Then chop up some bologna and mix it in, fry a few minutes longer. wonderful meal.

It sounds similar to the concept of a potato and sausage casserole, baked with layers of cheese in it.
It's awesome! You can add boiled eggs to it, sliced up, and some evaporated milk to keep the potatoes from being to dry.
Alternate the layers, - potato, meat (any kind, so it could be bologna!) cheese, eggs, potato etc.
Bake until the top layer of cheese is crisp and brown, and feed yourself silly!

i'll tell you this cuz i like ya. Fried Sliced Potatoes - in Crisco, till they're good and crispy brown. then, fish them out and put them aside. While they're cooling, slice up a ring bologna and some onions, and fry it in the same pan, until it's a little crispy. Then try to stop eating it before it's gone! gooooood!

In college when I was broke - I had bologna and fried potatatoes - only when you fry bologna it's known as "cup steak". I'm not particularly anxious to have it again, though in a pinch sure.

Don't think I would. Fried potatoes and oinions...yummy.
Fired bologna sandwiches are the bomb, especially when you get the edges brown with that bubble in the middle!
