Is Miss Universe allowed to have had any kind of physical augmentations, i.e. breasts?

Many contestants have had something fixed like nose, cheekbones, etc. But once a contestant is chosen as Miss Universe I think is prohibited.

nope, in i think miss usa, last 4 years one contestant was disqualified cause she taped her breast together to make them look bigger
