They have a lot of butt exercises videos, go to Blockbusters or any Video store for that matter. Rent one or two and get started I guarantee these will tighten up your ****. Now about the cottage cheese business umm! You may have to see a Dermatologist for recommendations.

I cycle a lot....try cycling for 30 mins every other day.

do a couple of mins sitting down, and then a couple standing up, and sitting down and standing up and so on....you get the idea.

It works wonders, and tones all of your leg muscles too, not to mention your shoulders when you are standing...which gives you a nicer hour glass shape.

Elliptical machine helps. Also hiking on hilly areas will firm it up.

Sit on edge of chair hold on and tighten your buttox muscles, and count to ten or twenty, and rest and repeat this exercise dailyl, i heard it makes your but tight and round
