Not always.....You could be getting ready to start your peroid, or if you are younger you could be growing still...I am pregnant with my 4th kid and my nipples didn't get sore till i was close to my second tri. But the sides of my boobs did hurt like under your armpit area.. i would wait to see if you get your peroid and if you don't i would take a home test.

It mainly means PMS, but if your whole breast hurts, then more likely you should take a pregnancy test. If it's only one that hurts, you may need to visit your doctor, because that is not a good sign.

Don't go by your sensitive breasts...take a pregnancy test...wouldn't that be the most logical thing to do to know for sure? Women often get sensitivity from periods or other reasons.

It's a sign of hormonal changes; could be due to pregnancy, or your regular cycle. You need to take other factors into consideration.
