If your question had a bit more details, I'd probably do a better job at answering but what is your age? Young girls get pain in their breasts because of a growing process. Now if your older, I'd recommend you getting a mammogram, it could be serious then it could be just a fat pocket developing. Whatever your case may be get it checked out by a professional. It could be hormones, it could be caffeine, it could be a spasm, I get all of those. Breasts do/can differ in size on the same person.

ask doctor...not perv. guys on here! And all breasts are not identical! some girls have uneven breasts but they are making bras for that now!
