what do i do ? how do i get this guy he pretnded to be the post office with his email address and he got the phone and hes not sending me the money or my phone back?!!! what should i do?

Hm, I don't think there is much you can do. Maybe report him for misconduct to craigslist... file a police report. Do you have his name? I think you would need that for a police report. Sorry it happened, it happened to me on ebay. You have to be really careful nowadays.

Im not sure what you mean, but call the police and report him for fraud, also impersonating a postal employee is also a federal crime.
