It depends on what you majored in, specifically, and what co-ops, internships and jobs you had while in school. So, some IT students work as help desk techs, others in software engineering, others as business analysts...there are a lot of options, both technical and less-so.

Mostly jobs in India or Pakistan. I have a couple of friends who tried to improve their lives by studying IT and while they were taking the course the jobs started being exported.

Lots of jobs!
I know one that works for the city and maintains the police and fire server system. Good pay too.
