Actually, Jimmy Carter was a nuclear physicist. It didn't help him much as President though.
On the other hand, a little more education and class wouldn't hurt GW in his chosen arena.

I'm sure some people lament over the fact that he's not a member of Mensa, but that doesn't faze me. I think he's an intelligent man who sucks at public speaking-that doesn't make him an idiot in my eyes.
