I stop!
Whatever I do, if I do it in anger I will regret it later. Once I have had a chance to calm down then I will make a better decision.
I also believe in Karma. If that nut on the freeway cuts me off then he will do it one time too many, and cut it one time too close. I don't want to be in the line of fire for his gunman or involved in his accident. It’s going to happen to him sooner or later.
I once had a horrible roommate. This guy was so angry that he got a motorist to do a T-Bone stop just so he could yell at him. He had three kids, with three different women. Two wanted nothing to do with him, and the third blew up into the size of a cow. Last I heard he was in jail. He had locked his keys in his car and got so angry about it that he was arrested and convicted on assault charges after he attacked some poor woman who just happened to be parked nearby. I really couldn't think of too much that I could do to this person that would be worse than that, and he did it all to himself!
So, when you get angry just pause for a moment, think if it is really worth getting angry over, then think about what you are going to do about it, and if you can pay the possible penalties involved in that action.

Oh I dunno...depending on where I am, flip off the person that made me mad in the first place.
Now, if that causes a fight, and the person that is out to kick my **** is relatively big...then I duck the first punch, return with a sharp upper cut to the chin, and run like hell.
After a few blocks, I'm not even mad anymore. Great cardio work out too!
