Well weather it was fixed or not does not seem to matter due to the fact that he is already the president and his term is almost over. You are a little late my friend. Late indeed.

President Bush one both elections fairly....though with our political system, there is a way to win without having the popular vote, and that is in fact the way he one in 2000....that is called the electoral vote......There was alot of questions about that vote...and in Florida, there was many lawsuits to try and get a complete count of 7 or 8 counties.......after all was cleared up, and the President took office, and complete count by time-warner, and the NY times was had, and not only did the President still win.....but even gained something like 350 votes.....was it fixed? I do not know....I doubt that any election, anywhere in the world does not have some fixing going on....if the USA elections are fixed.....well, we have learned how to cover it better than most.....I hope to never find out that any vote was

There is significant evidence that the 2004 Ohio results were non representative, and that the lack of paper trails in voting allowed improper results. However, because of the lack of paper trails, there is no way to prove it one way or the other.
There is significant evidence that the 2000 Florida results were non representative, and that a full recount might have yielded different results. However, the Supreme Court ordered that the recount be stopped, because it was not being conducted consistently. So again, we'll never know what the results should have been.
Every political election is fixed to one degree or another. Most of the time, the activity is just barely within the bounds of law. Most of the rest of the time, there's no way to prove that what happened was illegal.
And sadly, not enough people care about either problem, so it's unlikely to change anytime soon.

It was fixed, actually it was given to him by the owner of Diebold. The owner of Diebold was quoted as saying Mr.President I will give you the presidency.
Diebold is a company that makes electronic voting machines, with no I repeat no paper trail.
Bev Harris, her web site is www.blackboxvoting.com
She is a true Patriot, she has been warning of this problem for two years I know of.She warned everyone before the 2004 election. She uncovered, that the Diebold machines can and most likely be hacked in to.She also uncovered, that one employee has a fellony, and was allowed to work on these machines. How is it one can't vote if you are a fellon, but a fellon is allowed to work on and possibly manipulate votes on these machines. As I talk about this,Diebold is being investigated. It is both Republicans and Democrats who are involved with this company. This is one main reason, voter fraud, that turns the American Citizen away from voting. It is a sad fact that only 50% of the people in the U.S. vote. And it is less than that in local elections. Our election process is full of corruption,Diebold is just the tip of the iceburg.
Everyone go to Bev Harris' web site www.blackboxvoting.com this will enlighten everyone.

Will it always be the Left's contention that if they do not win an election it could only be due to it being "fixed"? (Look at Mexico right now. The left loses and claims it could only be due to the election being fixed.)
This is what scares me about the Left. They have a dictatorial way of thinking. "You may vote for whoever you want as long as it is for us!"
If people have the right to choose their leader then you have to accept that you may not be chosen. Otherwise you are just another dictatorship.

Sometimes I used to think that it was fixed and because of his dad mostly but he won unfortunately. The first time I wanted Al Gore to win and the last time I wanted John Kerry to win. To me Al Gore would have been a better president than both John Kerry and Bush. I hope that Hilary Clinton runs in 2008!

The Electoral College system is different than the popular vote. He won the election based upon the EC. If we switched to the popular vote (which I hope we never do by the way) then Gore would have won.
Either way, no matter what you hear, the election was not "fixed".

Since when do Republicans fix elections? I'm from Milwaukee and during the 2004 election:
- the democratic party slashed the tires of a fleet of cars the republican party was going to use to get older people to the polling places. Two of the slashers were sons of high-profile local democratic office-holders.
- there were numerous democratic organizations registering people to vote, to the point where there were more people registered to vote in the city of Milwaukee than people of voting age!!! herm....
- 2000 presidential elections had democratic party staffers giving cigarettes on county grounds to people to go vote.
funny thing about it, Milwaukee county is one of a few democratic counties in the state, where this kind of tampering wouldn't benefit local elections - only state-wide or presidential elections. Double herm....
hope that helps :-)

maybe it's better you keep an open mind and do your research -- to balance out folks like myself for whom that isn't nearly so important (or difficult) a question as what sort of hell gets unleashed on earth if and when the gig is (can it ever be?) up and people think they can accomplish with sheer numbers something to make a dent in aggregated wealth and power -- maybe i'd rather let it sleep till after the end of my days enjoying the relatively cozy economics of this country's working poor. is there any non-destructive solution? is there any way for the control trip of those who simply want to live in peace to survive the control trip of amassing the power to possess and abuse? ask any country's populace which is the greater problem; terrorism or corruption?, and see which countries' people might have a clue, see which populations are losing the battle with the exhausting work of staying awake, see which ones are losing the battle with superstition.

No, he didn't win. The Israeli lobby in the US helped fix the elections for him (with their media and their money) because they can never find such a dumb US president who is ready to support the butcher country Israel all the time.
