If you want to lose some weight, here is the healthy way:
1. EAT BREAKFAST: A lot of people skip breakfast. This is a big mistake if you are trying to lose weight. Studies show that those who do not eat breakfast will overeat later in the day. Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going, and so whatever is eaten in the morning is metabolized better.
2. DRINK WATER: Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Ice water is better because it will speed up your metabolism. Water is calorie free and flushes out fat. Drinking water about a half hour before eating will curb your hunger and will make it less likely that you will overeat.
3. ADD VEGETABLES: If you don't like vegetables, don't eat it on purpose to lose weight. Just add some of them to your favorite dishes and sometimes it makes vegetables taste better (if you don't like em to start with). Eat more salads, because they are fresh, and food for you.
4. EXCERSIZE: Continue doing your sports. And if you know its not enough, do some running in the morning, or around the afternoon. Take a walk around the neighborhood can even help some.
5. Please have confidence in yourself... Because there is no way you can lose weight without much confidence. And make sure you are motivated to stay on a diet and excersize enough. Good luck!

If you are eating healthy and are exercising then it might be your genetic background. Do the women in your family on either side have the same figure as you do? Not everybody is meant to be the same size. If this is so, then there is really nothing you can do than what you are already doing. Maybe see a personal trainer or join a gym and have them help you with an exercise routine that is made for the areas that you want to work on.
Good luck

First off, you are unique and there is noone else like you. That's what makes you special, so it's not necessary to compare yourself to what the world dictates as "beautiful figures". So work on your "inner beauty/self confidence" while you are working on your outer beauty or it's all in vain. And your confidence comes from within. It starts by conquering your fears one-by-one. Your not beautiful or special because the world says you are. You are beautiful and special because God says you are.
Secondly, it's wonderful you want to lose weight. But let your motivation for losing weight be for the right reasons--this will ensure you keep the weight off.
Thirdly, the best way to lose weight is not just eating right and exercising. That's right. There are many factors that go into weight gain (obese or not).
Here's a wonderful source that will encourage you to a healthier lifestyle in every area of your life:
The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman, M.S., C.N.S.
You can pick it up at any local bookstore or on her web site online.
Her website states (http://annlouise.com/alg_ffoverview.asp):
The Fat Flush Plan is the only system that uncovers and corrects the five hidden factors that sabotage weight loss and vitality: liver health, food sensitivities and resulting waterlogged tissues, fear of eating fat, excess insulin/excess inflammation, and stress.
It's a wonderful read that will encourage you to overall "good" health for a lifetime. I bought the book and I love it. It's not another weight loss program. It teaches you to eat right if you aren't already, but it also delves into factors noone else talks about which can help you get free of your frustration of getting rid of the "fat". And if you do what she says, trust me, you will lose the fat. This book was on the #1 best sellers list.
Good luck!

Decrease input:
Eat healthier non-processed food, sugars, deserts, fats and junk. Decrease portion size. Your body will get used to feeling hungry. You will feel better about your self.
Increase output:
Exercise regularly like religion. Do whatever exercise you like, try new ones. Stick to it.
When you do this, regardless of anything anybody else says, you WILL lose weight! It's The Law!
