"I think it was I Remember Way Back Then" by Skee-lo in like 1996 or so. It was a cut too. In the video, he was alot smaller than the other guys and could never get a leg up with the ladies or basketball or anything else. It was funny. If it's not that, I don't know.. LOL & Be Good...
