I don't know if it's due to the heat or massive over population of the area, but the drivers in Phoenix are like savages...cutting off others, reckless driving on both freeways and surface streets, making last minute lane changes across several lanes of traffic, etc.

I think that most drivers in Nebraska are worse. In a small rural town people do the same thing you describe. The only differance is there iis no crowding of the road. The traffic flow is quite minor as compaired to larger areas and still they feel the must cut others off. On a crowded roadway it is to be expected more frequently, I think.

I am so on board with Sarge927. I've driven many times in Phoenix and for the first time last year, in Boston. BY FAR, the drivers in Boston and Massachusetts in general, are the worst drivers that I've encountered anywhere that I've traveled. They're rude and expect you to stop and yield to them when they're MERGING traffic.

Sorry my friend, but I have driven in Phoenix, and for crazy factor Phoenix drivers don't hold a candle to the drivers in Boston. Stupidest drivers in the U.S.? That's easy -- State of Texas HANDS DOWN.

From what I have seen Michigan has the worst drivers of them all. They seem to think that the roads in Michigan and Indiana are places they can practice their 2Fast 2Furious moves no matter if the cops are there or not.

No, from experience I believe the "diplomat" drivers in DC are WAY worse!!
Did you know if you get rearended by a "diplomat" driver, YOU get the ticket?
They get away with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING because of diplomatic immunity!! It sucks!
