Oh there are hundreds of them.
For ease of singing, any of the songs from Little Mary Sunshine are great, the duets in there are easy to sing and very funny.

Grease has a well known duet at the end, and some good songs i the middle.

Little shop of Horrors has some GREAT songs, especially for females ("Somewhere that's Green") and BASSes (Anything which AudreyII Sings like 'Suppertime')

Gilbert and Sullivan are some good examples of obscure but easy to sing songs.

Also Camelot, My Fair Lady, The Fantastix, all from the golden age of musicals.

The ages and genders of those singing the duet are important, of course, but there are many funny songs out there for you to use! Here are a few suggestions:

What is This Feeling? from Wicked - two females
Sue Me from Guys & Dolls - one male, one female
Agony from Into the Woods - two males
It Takes Two from Into the Woods - one male, one female
You're the Top from Anything Goes - one male, one female
If Mama Was Married from Gypsy - two females

There you go!
