I think we will slip into the playoffs and create Havoc just like last season. Teams change every year, every was like the patriots would repeat when they did it. Now if you naturally just hate the Steelers thats, but to assume we will underachieve, that assumtion is what propelled us to the superbowl.

I think that they cannot expect the same sucess they have lived the last two seasons with "Big Ben" at qb. Not a hater just doubt them to make the playoffs this season maybe 8-8 or 7-9

Rand-olph, the world is full of haters!! All these people that say they can`t win without Bettis. We still have Duce for a third down back and since he hasn`t played in a year and a half he should be plenty healthy and fresh!!! And haters, please don`t forget, we still have one of the best defenses in football. Steelers repeat. Colts the year after.

The steelers will be a LOT worse than last year b/c they are missing their fallback option of jerome bettis. every time they would get a lead they would just give the ball to bettis over and over. that was the game plan. get a lead, give to bettis. it was cowher's way of draining the clock. once that happened you couldnt stop it. now that that ridiculous shindig has ended lets see the steelers try and stop anyone! go browns!

I don't think the Steelers will be that good this year. I don't even think they were that good last year. If I to pick one Super Bowl winner that could not do it again with all things the same, it would easily be last years Steelers.

I think the Steelers will be in the playoffs as they are too talented not too. However, I believe the Patriots will beat them and will be the Champs!

I hope the Steelers go 0-16 this coming season.

I'm hoping you're right...especially since I've been assuring all the Browns fans (who foolishly keep trying to convince me that the Browns will be good this year after their "successful" draft picks!) that we'll come from behind again to win it all! I'm a little worried, though, without Bettis and we didn't get that one guy in the draft...what the heck was his name, oh, yeah, LenDale White. He went to the Ravens, but I read he tested positive for steroids already! HA...maybe we're better off without him. I'm just hoping Ben stays off his motorcycle, Staley gets off his a$$ to do Bettis's job, and Hines Ward doesn't hold out on us again!

carson palmer is going to **** all over that division. the steelers won because he got hurt and they beat the colts because who didn't know that they would run out of gas at playoff time. don't even expect a wild card appearence.

I am from Pittsburgh. I think that Pittsburgh will go 12-4 and lose in the AFC Championship.
