I WAS MOLESTED BY MY GAY AUNT WHEN I WAS 5, EVER SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN HOMOPHOBIC! I am now with 2 lesbians in my camp and scared to death, my mom won't pick me up either PLEASE I NEED SOME ADVICE! PS. I KNOW MY ID SAYS DON'T JUDGE! -LOL PETRIFIED!

I'm going to go against your wishes and say you have some serious problems. Stop being stuck on the fact that a GAY aunt did this to you. If it were a male would you hate all MEN ? Get serious go see a therapist not all Lesbians are freakin Pedos. And that fact you think that and some on here do too means you're all closed minded people with more issues then these GAY people. I have known lots of gay people and I am straight and they have NEVER taken advantage of me. Seek professional help cause a man can easily rape you too.

Just go up to them, and say, sorry I'm such a c*nt, but I can't help it. Then walk away, they won't bother you, trust me. And by the way, you are Blanche, you ARE! I too was molested at the age of 5 to 7; by my FATHER and I still love him, I still respect him and I still manage to be kind to him at family gatherings "out of respect" only. I don't go visit him any other time, I don't create drama that's not necessary, I see no reason to be rude in front of family members and create unnecessary scenes over something that happened between just "two" of us. In other words, I use my backbone and respect my family. My father hasn't touched me since the age of 7 and has been more than kind since then, yes, I see two doctors for it, but its my problem, not my families and my family does know about it, but I've asked them not to tell my father they know. Its not about drama, its about life, and I love mine, no matter what happened IN THE PAST! I leave it in the PAST!

considering your experiance, it is understandable for you to feel that way, heck yours is the only case i've ever heard of thats an actual good reason to be homophobic. the best way to deal with and get over your fears is to confront them. why dont u become friends with them, you will then learn that just becasuse of there sexual preferance dosent meen that they want to rape you. i have many gay friends, and being a straight guy, they really dont care. the guys stay off my stuff because they respect me as a person as i do them, and its actualy really fun to check out chicks with the lesbo's, u should hear what we all say we would do to them!

Just walk up to them confidently, and ask them if they have seen any cute boys around. That will let them know, in a friendly and acceptable way, that you are not a member of their social group. If that doesn't work, the big knife idea should slow them down.

I used to be. Not for the same reason as you. I was afraid because it was a label that I didn’t want associated with me. I just pay no mind to gay people, and they pay no mind to me. I think you will eventually get over your fear.
