Your focus is on why don't we see how bad Israel is when you do! RIght?!?!!!

Muslims hate Israel because Israel is Jewish!
USA supports Israel as part of the closing deals of World War II. Israel was created as a haven for Jews. Just so happens to be surrounded by Muslims who hate them, by Muslims resentful they lost some desert lands that should have been theirs. Put those two together and you've got real fodder for conflict.

Israel isn't wrong here. Neither is Lebanon. It's Hezbollah supported by Iran and to some extent Syria too.

Don't take issue with the USA for supporting Israel given how Israel formed. Take issue with the initial aggressors. Israel is using extreme force, but are they not entitled to completely defend themselves?!

It's called being allies. That's the entire concept of friendship, whether it's between individuals or nations.

That doesn't stop us or anyone else from staying "Hey, you're being stupid. Stop it" when called for. Which is what many US allies said to the US when we invaded Iraq.

And it doesn't stop us or anyone else from saying "Take breath. Chill. Are you sure you want to do this?" Which is what the US said to Israel before Israel continued defending itself against attacks from Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon.

Being true allies is like true friendship -- you just don't abandon your friend because they do something you don't like. You tell them you don't like it (if you don't) and you try to help them resolve the problem with as little collateral damage as possible.

Israel and Hezbollah are engaged in the national equivalent of a barroom brawl, and Lebanon is the barroom. But the US has long ago declared Hezbollah a terrorist organization, so the US has long ago chosen sides against Hezbollah.

It just so happens that the enemy of our enemy also happens to already have been our friend.

Israel isn't spawning terrorists in every corner of the earth. The religion of Israel does not include extermination of all Arab races. Killing innocent civilians world wide is not right so you need to do a little research before deciding who is right or wrong.

Israel isn't wrong, Lebanon is wrong and we've always backed Israel b/c they're God's chosen people. They sit back and take so much until they're fed up then they lower the boom. Every time that happens the playground bullies step back in shock and wonder why they just got ***** slapped.

USA is in a fight against all terrorism, Israel has been fighting terrorism for 60 years......Israel is not fighting Lebanon, though that may change in a matter of days.......USA will support anyone that fights against terrorism......so, what is the question again? Wrong about what?

Because Israel was attacked and is trying to defend itself. The U.S. has a strong policy of not letting terrorists get away with their cowardly acts, and if Israel is willing to take care of Hezbollah, that is one less terrorist organization for the U.S. to have to worry about.
