Well lets see if you pull him or her up isnt their the chance that they will push you over the cliff....so I think that I would have to let them fall to their death....I dont like the idea of letting someone die but if their is that slight chance I might die also which there is b/c the person is a serial killer then I would have to let them fall.
In plus the person deserves to die right I mean how many people do you have to kill to be classified as a serial killer...and he or she probably tortured victims so that person deserves to die.

I would not let him fall i would throw rocks at him and make him fall it would save the tax payer looking after him a bit harsh i know but that's is what i would do
