It depends on the celebrity and how much of a jerk they are. Some might do it for a small amount- others might wants a lot more.

A LOT...well it depends how famous a celebrity is. if you've ever watched my super sweet 16 on mtv celebrities like beyonce charge $150,000 for like a 20 min performance....

Depends on the celebrity. I'm sure some wouldn't do it at all. I'll do it for $2,500... but you don't get to find out who I am until I get there, and I need the payment up front.
K-Fed for $20,000??? I didn't realize he was a 'celebrity' thought he was just a celebrity mooch. I wouldn't pay him $20 to clean my toilet.
