I'd say it's best if the girl was a close befriend BEFORE you got married, because it's noone's right to take away an existing friendship, no matter what the sex is. If you've become really close AFTER your marriage, then there may be a problem. Women are gonna be jealous, as would a guy who's wife had a very close male friend. As long as you are faithful and your wife KNOWS this, then there is no problem.

Its perfectly alright. But try to be just good friends and tell this to ur wife. U should not keep it secret. Ur wife may have dought if u keep it secret. There is very thin line between friendship and an affair. Dont cross it by mistake. So keep distance with ur friend as she is a girl and u r a boy. Sometimes something may go wrong and u should not regret later.

Alot of times when we have friends of the opposite sex, it leads to problems with you and your wife. The relationship may be innocent but usually the girlfriend is more understanding with you and it usually leads to getting too involved with each other. On the other hand, if your wife doesn't have a problem with it, then it must be ok. I couldn't handle it though. I've seen too many marriages fall apart because of the girlfriend.

I am married and have many male friends. As long as you are up front and honest with your wife she will not get upset. I tell my husband everything. It's when you get caught in a lie that really wasn't anything that it becomes a problem.

I would say it depends if your bestfriend happened to 'exist' first before your marriage. It would really be very uncomfortable for the wife if you have 'another girl' to treat as your bestfriend. for a fact, u should consider your wife as your bestfriend.

Of course it is. I mean you cant help who your friends with. If you aare attracted to your best friend though i wouldnt hang out with her if i were you. As long as you are open and honest with your wife. If she has a problem with it then she is probably just insecure about herself. Be careful not to give you friend more attention than your wife...that is a big no no.

Is it Ok for your wife to have a best friend as who is a guy? Well honestly man can never take a gal as his best friend as men has a very strong sexual desire. Once they are close to any gal...the 'little guy' simply just took over.

as long as ur wife knows about it..i've seen this too many times..the man ALWAYS falls for the best friend..so keep your wife posted...include her in ur activities..because she will naturally get suspicious
