Am 13 starting 8th grade though but your style is so cute!!
CHEAP JEANS IN SIZE 0 1 & 2'S
Cute jeans but alittle expensive is Hollister jeans I wear a size 1 in their jeans and they fit really nice they start of at $39.
Try Oldnavy its cheap and cute
CHUNKY NECKLACES
not so sure but at the limited my mom bought a cute chunky necklace
Try at claires they also have lots of jewelery includeing earings
CUTE FLATS
Limited too has really cute ballet flats $24
LEGGINGS
Limited Too also has a Big variety of leggings i also wear size 0's 1's and 2's and i bought my leggings in limited too in a size 14

look in your local mall for the Belt carts they have alot of belts and their cheap!
Your style sounds like mines but am more of the preppy style.

your style makes no sense. Cheap jeans walmart probably. Chunky bead necklaces? you mean the things with the big beads little kids make and think are cool? go find a little kid and have them make you. Cute fashion earrings? gauge out your ears to 8 gauge and then go to learning world and buy colored binding rings.. Cute flats probably payless shoes. You sound small so you could probably buy them in the kids department of walmart. Legwarmers you can knit yourself.
I do not know why you belt your shirts with big belts. It doesnt help keep your shirt on, shirts have no belt loops and are held on by the shoulders unless you have a really big neck and plan on attatching belt loops to the neck band and wearing a belt around yoru neck. Kindof an odd idea

life isnt CHEAP if wanna start highschool better get used to the prices these days....im starting highschool too...i just wear plain and fashionable clothing...i some times mix and match my clothes.try papaya clothing if you have them in your mall they have cute earings i dont know where the necklaces you want ...i think there in L.A

honestly you should try ebay. they have designer jeans for great price and like you can find that stuff online too. you should just go to the mall. ithey have all that stuff there
