I thought Sophia died. Does she die in any of the episodes?

Dorothy married Leslie Nielsen and moved away; Stan came to the wedding; Rose and Sophia decided to stay with Blanche.

Dorothy gets married. Then Rose, Sophia and Blanche co-own a hotel. I think the show is called Golden Palace or something after the last episode of the Golden Girls. And I must complain because I used to watch GG on Lifetime every afternoon from 5-6 and now it has been replaced by Angela's Eyes. I am ticked.

Dorothy married Blanche's uncle and Rose, Sophia and Blanche open a hotel called the Golden Palace. It was the spin off of Golden Girls both never did as well as the orginial. Dorothy even came back to visit. Both are played on Lifetime in the mid mornings, sometimes its GG and sometimes its GP.Cheech Martin was the cook, and one of the guys from Ocean 11 and 12 was the manager.

Dorothy got married to Blanches uncle(???) and they moved. They all cried and hugged. Sophia stayed on with the girls...Can't remember anymore sorry!
Love that show...seen every episode like 50 times!
They did have a spinoff too..the golden palace where they manage a hotel.

Dorothy gets married to Blanche's uncle and they live happily ever after. That's why they started Golden Palace. If you watch Lifetime you might see the last episode.

No, I think the first answer was right. There was a horrible explosion and they all died.
