It would help if you typed in proper English. It is hard to understand what you are asking. I think you are asking how to add voice to AI programs. If this is the case, you really should specify what coding language you are using. There are different ways to play sounds in each language. Also, you question title is misleading. Your question has nothing to do with AI, it has to do with sound. These things will get you better answers.
