none of his movies are supposed to be scary and thats what everyone doesnt get.
they go in and expect to be scared and go out disappointed because they werent.
his movies are just supposed to be twists of entertainment.
Although Lady in the water doesnt looks that great, im sure it has some interesting parts to it.

M. Night Shyamalan's movies always have a twist to them (ie The Sixth Sense, The Village); Lady in the Water probably will too although I read that he wrote it as a modern day fairy tale for his children. My neighbour said she saw a preview on TV and it looked scary (???) I'm prolly going to see it on Monday.

I am going to see on Sunday. M. Night's movies always get mixed reviews because his movies are so out there and the endings always leave you sitting there thinking hmmmm....do I like this or not???

Don't listen to reveiws. If you go into it with an open mind and no expectations, you're more likely to develop a true opinion of it.
Have fun!
